What’s your return policy?
We accept returns of faulty or damaged products. Please inform us immediately upon receipt of the product so that we may initiate the return procedure.
Do you ship overseas and to P.O. boxes?
At the moment we are restricted to posting to UK addresses, however we are constantly looking to improve the service we provide and, subject to demand, may consider posting outside the UK in the future.
Do you have customer service?
Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable customer focused personnel are available to answer your questions during normal hours, 7 days per week excluding Christmas Day. Opening hours may be shorter on Public Bank Holidays.
